General Terms & Conditions
1. Shipping - We aim to complete all bespoke orders within 24 hours and hand deliver the same day.
2. Refund Policy - We offer a full 100% refund policy on any orders or Replacement of any items. This will not affect your statutory rights and will be completed on return of our foods.
3. Standard Procedure - We endeavour to contact any new clients to discuss your dietary requirements and offer an intolerance test so that we can tailor our soups and juices according to your specific needs. You can also include this when you order any product specifying any dietary requirements, intolerances, likes or dislikes.
4. We can deliver all products to our local clients in and around the Cheshire area but we do not deliver further afield.
5. All products are sourced locally depending on your requirements and are prepared and shipped the same day.
6. We will build your tailored and bespoke nutritional package for you or you can work directly with the Nutritionists we recommend.
7. We cannot be responsible for non disclosed intolerances if they have not been declared beforehand.
8. We will endeavour to contact all new clients within 24 hours of any order to discuss your exact requirements.
